The challenge

Human Technologies runs KING OF TIME, a cloud attendance-management SaaS. Its Thai office needed to hire Customer Support talent, but the things that make the company a good place to work — a culture that asks "why?", and real autonomy for staff — are exactly the things a job posting can't convey.

What we did

We used TikTok as a recruitment-branding channel rather than an ad channel, and built the content around four pillars: the MD's point of view; perks, benefits and growth path; anti-burnout; and proof and portfolio. Together they show Thai candidates aged 22–28 what the company is actually like from the inside — the people, the leadership's thinking, and the room to grow.

The result

Candidates now arrive already understanding the culture, so conversations start further along. In the client's words, the biggest benefit is being able to find applicants with genuinely high intent.

"Because candidates apply already knowing our culture, we can find people with genuinely high intent — that's the single biggest benefit."
